A mate of a mate needs a new manifold for his 1.4 energy lump and in wondering if the standard one from a 1.2 diet engine will fit as I have one spare. Does anyone know?? |

you can't on the DIET engine Davy boy!
The diet uses a tiddly one, but the 16V 1.4 and 1.6 new shape clio TB's MIGHT fit on there.
I don't know for sure as I haven't done it.

Does anyon know if anything can be done to my t/b on my diet engine to do anything to increase peformance?? (awaits flaming :/) can they be replaced by bigger ones from other cars or made bigger?? |

I do agree with the above and I will probably do the same to my car if I find a decent rr place near by. I was told the 82bhp was a reading from a rr but not seeing graphs etc i have to just take thei ... |

Hi I have been told by somone that the standard D7f engine runs lean and if I added a 16v fuel pump and a Power Boost Valve I could run the fuel at 3.5bar, increasing the power. How correct is this?? ... |
