Remember to get the timing belt changed (by the dealer) and the clocks converted to MPH, and the speedo sender converted to MPH and the speed limiter taken off.

The gap means that dirt and water can get in around the clutch and possibly work its way up to the flywheel sensor too. There is nothing suitable to cover it with either.

I'm mating a gearbox from a F3P to a F7P. The F3P has a tin sump and uses a tie bar to connect the bottom of the gearbox to the engine.
The F7P has a alloy sump and the tie bar does not fit.

I would guess that they were both the same thing.
'Compatible' sounds more technical.
'Ready' sounds like marketing spiel.
However just saying 'compatible' could mean that some adjustment/add ... |
