ooops yea, its a F7P from my valver,
the tensioner thing was my first thought, its a new one, the idlier isnt however, need even smaller hands to change that!
however they are both perfect.

| fitted new head gasaket + cambelt following haynes,, all tightned up, back together, start her up, runs fine, but with a really rather nasty sound, sorta wailing/rubbing, and a slight smell of hot rub ... |
