Even if you have cctv, you have to by law, have stickers in your windows to tell the crim that he/she is being watched. If you dont display the warning signs you cant use the video as evidence.

Just done my cam belt on 1.6 16v, no timing marks and key-less sprockets, you need the the proper locking kit mate. I paid 50 quid for mine and that was the cheapest around.

For £50-£80 i would just bodge it like i normally do. Use an old cambelt and a small G-cramp or something.
