Persuasion given and off it popped. Thanks. One final question. Everything is off and the box is loose but it will not move far enough out to clear. There is a green cap on the end of the box that ...

So with my pin out why is the shaft not moving? Does it need a bang?

Leave the output shaft where it is then?

Do you have to take the off side drive shaft out? If you do how does it come out it does not seem to pull?

I have the gearbox nearly off but why is it sticking in the top right corner when facing it from the passgegers side? Whats holding it in? Is it the starter?

I change the oil annually with a synthetic oil. Is it worth having the box reconditioned or gamble on a secondhand one? Is it expensive?
