so basically, the gallery holes on the F3 bottom end don't line up with the ones in the F7 head!?

is the bore size on the F7R (~82,6mm) larger than the F3R then?

seems the moving idle varies from car to car.. mine sits about 1250-1300 rpm .. standing idle is around 900-950...

quite impressive on stock rods and pistons.. getting rid of the blower is a good choice tho.. theyre inefficient compared to a correctly tuned turbo setup...

u might be right, chris, i don't know (u usually are).. the piper oil i've got just seems to have a higher viscosity than d40...

hmm.. some manufacturers of kits are very particular with what oil you should use (maybe they're just being anal about it).. for cleaning fluid it's not that important what you use... WD40 is too runn ...

What's the deal with the inlet manifold? (assuming that's what it is)

don't know anything about these engines, but it looks like an intercooler attached to the manifold..

@jimmy: this may seem stupid, but did you try releasing the self-tensioner before pressing the pedal? if it's in the tightest position already, ...

i just changed mine, didnt slide the shaft at all, just released the nut for the clutch-side support bracket at the floor end and tilted it over, then the pedal could slide right off the shaft.. and s ...
