yes. the flow is alot better from the standard manifold.

as u can see the manifold is longer as each port is longer to flow on ther own before blending in to a 2" pipe. this is instead of stuffing ...

yeah if its any energy engine i believe it will fit. but i dont know about the down pipe???

dont know. i know the uk starlet and jap starlet of the old model is 7 seconds. but the glanza comes with limited boost in 1st and 2nd. so i dunno poss 8 9 seconds.

but once removed its full boost ...
