just had a look and it looks like the egr has bin tampered with, the screw on the top has bin adjusted,
can u tell how it should be set up?

i dont think anything is rubbin or it would do it all the time
in any gear put foot down pulls smoothly til i hit 2.5k to 3.5k then goes back to normal accelerating all the way to redline

it dont have to be this engine in genral. if uve had vibrations at 2.5k to 3.5k in any reno engine and u possibly know what it is plz help its doin my head in tryin to keep under 2.5k.

infront of the breather theres like a valve thing with a metal tube going in the bottom and at the top there are a few lil pipes one of them runs across angine b ... |
