and another thing !!! there is not a sight of a breach of the head gasket ????can these heads go porus al-a-red top.

get ur self a haynes manual of ebay they is well cheap then you will have all the torques and angles you need

is that to go with the
nova, cavi,mini,metro,307,cortina,astra,maestro
haynes manu ...

ok i know better,,, it's blown

got mayo in the water system (but not looseing water)

engine over heating very quickly

(plip key still does not work)

ok info needed what are the torque / a ...

ba****rd centre mount doing my head in.
could not get engine back it due to the mount now got it off!

will it fit back on once the engine is in place as i can`t seem to get it lined up , as well ...

chris was going to change to engine in the summer anyway.
as when i got it, it felt a little wrong!!!
so have a spare engine and box ready to drop in.

now a big oil problem cleaned out the exp tank, took out for a mile round the block. power is still there but the oil is back and loads of it.
and to top that off the oil light now on.

oil that came out, black but ok

more oil in the expantion tank than water "D`oh"

i can only get the cl to (lock/unlock) double thump in postion two.

by "your" write up you should leave key in postion 3

still not got my plip key working.

light on goes off comes back on 30 gap. Sad
press and hold c/l button and car just locks.
(not locks/unlocks)

used persil liquid (three capfuls) in the system for two days removed the bottom hose, all the muck and gunk just flowed out. put a hose in the expansion tank and washed the system right out.
