Right im fed-up with swearing at the car, no-matter how hard I try I cant for the life of me get the little plastic bush thing that the cable runs through at the bulkhead to come out. All ive endend up doing is taking chunks out of it. |

hammer it out then. Its snapped thus no need for it.
I normally use a screwdriver and press the tags and it falls out. |

Right got the bastard out eventually, bit more swearing and some tugging. Getting the new cable in was relatively easy, bit of string works wonders. Getting the cable looped round the top of the pedal was a pain though. |
