There's a few around Donington Village as the Caravan Club are about but i'm 99% sure that the circuit itself offers FREE camping in a certain area of the site. You could use my back yard except I don't allow fires |

Yo Yo mofo's - I live 2 seconds from Donnington so you're all welcome to come round and have some beers of five. I've got an engine that I need help rebuildign anyway so you can all make yourselves usefull :p I htink Donnington Circuit offers a camping site but I don't know if it costs what with living so close.
If you want to get your car in on the affor mentioned parade then you'd better hurry up. Go to the RSC Download section and in there you will find a form in PDF format which you need to print, fill in and post off BEFORE 01/09/2006 to receive a paddock pass.
If last year was anything to go by it'll be one of the best Renault packed days you're gonna get and it's free so stomp ya bitching and get your forms sorted.
Mick
PS - My tickets still haven't landed yet. Will be emailing Renault UK later for something so will chase em up as they were having problems at the begining of July. |
beers sound good working doesnt
got a garden have we....????
hummmmmm..... ?
edit... ooooo just seen on this page a mention of fire |

FPMSL @ BB - I've seen campsites before and after car shows and it's not me you need worry about. Burn the grass at ours and Leanne will sell your organs on the black market cos it's her new "thing"... That and teaching the dog how to harass cats on comand which i think is kind of cute
Just bring some sensible clothing though people as last year it was a complete wash out on the Saturday and some poor fookers camped Friday night. We also have a spare room which is available for a reasonable rate So how many Retro nutters are coming to this? We've got 9 from RSC so far (Typical lack of commitment from us there till the last minute) |

Note to Ben though... Don't be a gimp and try to get the Vectra in. Also, they might refuse you entry on the gate if you've got a complete rust bucket... just warning you now as they need the cars to be able to make a few laps and it MUST be cleaned before they open the show |

It would appear the title of event manager does fall on my shoulders quite a lot, lol
I got the RR boys together for the last RWS and we even managed to get RogerRedHat along!!
That is a minor miracle in itself!!
Cheers for the info Mick and yeah why the hell not, may as well pop round and have a beer or a coke (RR does not condone drink driving ) |

they will get here soon enough
Right, Names please of those wishing to get thier cars into the paddock area and a possible couple of laps
As mick said earlier, if your car is a rust heap or has has huge dents all over it or similar then expect it to be turned away.

One bit of rust on an arch, but hopefully sorted in the next fortnight or so. Apart from that things are looking... acceptable. In which case...
