Hey up, just bought this damaged beast for £60! It's got front corner damage to the passenger side. Anyways, the engine is sweet as a nut, but I was thinking should I put the engine in mine or restore the 16v?

The thing is I quite like the way mine is styled but then again I like the standard 16v. Both require a bit of bodywork doing (the 16v more so) plus there wouldn't be the complications of a body swap, arrrgh. If i restored the 16v i'd have to let the other one go and that would be a shame too! The 16v would need about £500 spending on i bet so i really don't know at all. What do you think? |

have you now.. are they the same colour as that one? If I can do it cheap enough I might restore it, I just want something standard I think. It's the rear arches and general paintwork though, that's where it gets expensive isn't it. |

ok, how much would it cost to spray? Also how much do arches cost to do? I'm seriously considering selling mine (say for 1k) do you think I could make it all decent for that or not? What costs would be involved? Could you give me a breakdown? |
