Renault 19 16v Chamade Tungy Grey

Ok lads, as a few of you may know, the clutch has gone on my beloved R19, sadly im not to hot with cars, to be able to fix it myself, and i certainly cant afford to get it repaired at the garage. So sadly it has to go...

The car is as described above a R19 16v Chamade 1991 Phase 1
Colour is Tungy Grey
The car is in reasonable good nick, Bodywork is all straight apart from the rear passenager quarter, which has a small hole(will try to post a pic)
No rust to speak off!!

Engine wise all is good apart from the Clutch. It has a new starter and a new clutch cable, starts but is undriveable due to the clutch.

Interior is full leather and in pretty good nick, few marks, but no rips!

All electrics work, lights, windows etc, thou the remote c/l can be abit of a pain now and then.

Its has a kenwood head unit, sony amp and boxed sub.

The MOT has just run out, thou there is still a few months tax left.

Ideally i want to sell the car whole, as i feel its to good to break, but if i can make a few bob by breaking it i will.

Ideally im looking for 200 quid with stereo,amp and sub, or 150 without, thou feel free to make offers.

bah it taxed moted runs a dream has a lil side dent

but you wont lose a penny on it either way and its worth alot more than 150\200

if i had a way of bringing the tungy home i would Sad

and keep both

cause you sound desprate and mines a good runner give you no probs i done a easy 4000miles since i got it a few months ago and had no probs bar the box going but i swapped it... i want a ph1 a tungy 19 in genral and im sure that theres not alot wrong with yours i couldnt sort and if there was i wouldnt swap simple as

Also can u find a picture of the lil dent in the side, im looking thou the project thread, but im struggling to find a pic of the dent, if you deadly serious im very tempted mate

now what actually happened to yours and how sure are you that its clutch and any other known faults??

Ok BB

It all started a month and a half ago, i was driving back from the girlfriends when i lost the clutch. I assumed that the cable had snapped, i was correct, so i replaced it, but still no luck, so i spoke to a guy across the road from me, he had a look and told me the clutch was knackered, and i do trust this guy, he knows what, he is talking about.

Otherwise every is fine as far i can see, im not fantastic with cars, but the last time i drove it, it was running sweet as.

There is a slight blow from the exhaust, but its simply the join between the downpipe and the center section( did intend to sort, but no point til the clutch was done)

Bodywork wise, it is in pretty good nick, no major rust, but i did have a wee accident and removed some filler from the rear wheel arch, passenger side(from a previous repair, before i bought it) bout 1.5 inch by 1 inch.

All center caps are there for the phase 1 alloys.
