Looking to buy a 1.9 DCI Laguna 2. Missing 1 of the two key cards. Can I just buy one off ebay and reprogram/have it reporgrammed or will it have to be a Renault jobbie?
Also, anything else to look out for with these cars?
Cheers!

The local ren dealer might be able to reprogramme the new key as long as its blank. Renault have clamped down on reprogramming blank keys lately and most need to be ordered on chassis numbers direct
They're all a bit stodgy to drive but if they're extra stodgy and/or rattle from up front its bushes and wishbone time.
Make sure its a 6 speed 120 too, i dunno if you got the 5 speed over there? |

They were here anyway, much nicer drive than the 5 speed even tho the power difference was minimal.
Whats the spec on the one you're looking at? |

its an Privalige, drove it briefly, i know its got inbuilt satnav, big LCD centre of the dash. its also got the lcd between the rev counter and speedo. 225/17/45 tyres/wheels . Tyres aint cheap at 80quid ish a a tyre!
Thanks to a friend, i also know its had the turbo and intercooler replaced 2 years ago - which i hear is a common fault on these cars |

Yeah that'll do. Its quite common that they're exfleet shite spec
If those are the split spoke rims be warned they're very soft! |

I think they are the split spoke rims. Not really sure where it falls spec wise in the grand scheme of things, but its had 1 owner from new and it was a company in south east london. Bodywork is quite tidy, so im assuming mostly motorway miles. |
