Well its not something I would do for fun.
Are we talking 16v in the car?
Its fiddly as fuck with just the head on the bench tbh. |

its just access to the nuts on the manifold is so tight...plus half of them are on the underside. I would rather remove the head just to change inlet manifold gasket!
Why were you wanting to take them off anyway? |

I wouldn't bother. If you feck up one of the o-rings on the injectors or damage the gasket you'll be cursing yourself!
Give the TB a good clean if you're bored |

try using 10k boost if the car is not a high miler spray it in to the throttle body not the filter down pipe. It works quite well, do it when its dark you will see all the carbon burning away coming out of the exhast don,t use it if the cat is on de-cat is best. |

I put new kent cams on one of my cars once after using that stuff I have notice that pieces of carbon have broken away it was about 75% clean and the car was little bit more responsive. |

i have taken my F7P engine to bits, cant figure out how to get the injectors out, unless its just brute force? |

yeah they are annoying...just gotta pull/twist and be careful. The o-rings get well stuck...try letting a bit of wd40 onto them first. |
