lo guys,
is it kewl to just use hylomar blue sealer for the gasket of the water pump on a williams engine, it had a paper one when it came off?

id get a paper one...water has a habit of finding every single possible point to leak, so i wouldnt risk it. |

i just used an old tube of black sealant stuff that my mate had... it was bright green and from halfords. Hasnt leaked yet...or has it? |

hylomar isn;t silicone sealant.
if you have a paper gasket use that dry. If not get blue hylomar and use that. Hylomar from halfords, job jobbed. |
