yep mig, chris gona do some tig as well but its shielded mig. its called automotive mig welding, but we're using 4mm thick plate. so i'll be able to blow nice big holes in me car when welding
its a c&g course great fun highlight of the week for me
'tis a pitty we live at opposite ends of the country 'cus any welding you needed you could pop round. |

TIG's a handy skill, takes a lot longer than MIG to master. Need to use both hands for a start.
The arc welders fine for making bridges etc but it just blows holes in sheet steel etc.
You could always come up and visit me with your welding gear! lol |
