theres more under there too, at least on mine there is, should be 'plugged into' mouldings on the underside of the centre console, around the gearstick hole |

some of it may be for electric heated seats...some models came with this and i believe the switches were on the frt of the gearbox plastic housing. so it could be just a bit of unused loom |

heated seats on came with leather seats as well.
There should be 3/4 spare plugs in there. |

thats what i was guessing ,i would love heated seats especially when its freezing cold out there.
do all the leather seats have heating then chris ? |

do u also know if the wiring is live on these plugs in my car ,i mean would i be able to just stick the heated seats and work them with existing wiring ? |

no not all the leather seats have them.
Yes these plugs have permananent and switched lives through them. |

Hi
Those wiring looms are live. Ive feed the power off the loom onto my internal neons. I think if memory serves its got a 5 amp fuse that needs upgrading if you intend to run off it. As i found out when the fuse kept blowing when the neons where powered up!!
