The work I spoke about earlier with the immobilisor / injector pump has now been done. The car was fitted with a new injector pump. Unfortunately the car has become sporadically very noisy. The noise sounds like a tractor and it sounds like it is coming from the new pump. Does this often happen? Does the pump need running in? The car sounds fine till it's under load then it sounds like a tractor.   |

No the pump won't need run in and it shoudln;t be mankign any funny noises. But if its soundlign liek a tractor I would imagine its an exhaust problem. Take it back and tell them to sort it as they broke it. |
