mines a trusty Canon ixus 300, about 4 years old, but 2.1mp and does take a nice picture. I would recommend Canon digitals on the basis of my experience with this one and those of friends. |

vivitar is not a well known make and sounds a bit dodgy to some people but apperantly the company is us based and they have offices in u.k ,france ,china . but thats not the real point ,i have been using this one for 8 months now had no problems with it.managed to buy a 2nd hand sd card(64mb) for 11quid from cex as well . it is a good camera for the price and does the job nicely. you might find its a bit cheaper in argos shop then it says on the web site . i bought the second one for 44quid from argos again |

a digital camera works out much cheaper and efficent in the long run comparing to the ones with films. you can view and delete the pics you dont like ,you dont have to have the pics developed o see what they look like .easy to use on pc . thats the only reason i went for a digital one to be honest . |

if you print your piccys on the small glossy paper..
you cant tell the diffrence between the film and digital ones
far more cheaper
of course it depends on ya digital camera, and the quality of your printer/paper |
