 I know, I know, it's another de-cat question, just not sure if it's been difinativley answered yet.
I've been offered a decat from a valver (£35 inc. postage which seems reasonable - I know some folk can get them for a tenner but we don't al have the magic touch  )
Will this fit on my 1.8spt - are the connections etc. the same? |

i think you will have to have something made specially .at the end of the day its a piece of pipe.but i did not bother really ,as the job seems to be a hard one with the rusty bolts etc |

i know its a bit annoying mate .your best bet may be punching the insides of your existing cat out if it looks buggered.that will be the perfect match .
i think mine is gone but as i said i cant be bothered to mess with rusty bolts at the moment as i dont have a plan B if things go pear shaped nor a spare car to take me to work and back , |

you should at least have a go at the bolts schakal just to see, ok maybe theyre corroded in place. But maybe they're not. |
