Does anyone know where the washer motor relay is on a phase 1 clio 16v. Am guessing relay because fuse, washer motors and switch are fine.
cheers. |

its run through the wiper timer. So if the wipers are ok chances are the relay is fine. check the wiring.
I assume you have tested the motor with a direct feed?
Try another wiper stalk, fiver from a scrappy. |

hot wired straight to the battery and the washer pumps worked fine. Also changed the stalk from a scrappy. No joy, unless the new one is faulty also. Will investigate the wiring today if I get time. This is a damage repairable, we have put in new rear quarter. So far I have no front or back washers and no rear window wiper. Hot wired rear wiper motor and its fine. does this shed any light. Cheers Chris. |

Had a look at the wiper switch connector today. 1 of the posotive feeds going in was dead. Traced it back to a broken wire, cut out the damadged section and replaced with a nice shiny new bit. Jobs a good un.
Cheers Chris. |
