bloody hell ive finally found out what was wrong with it...and its not what you'd expect...and to think ive been running for months and months with this shitty fault..cutting out and stuff...
ok heres a pic of the TB before i fixed it...can anyone spot the obvious cock up?

i'm tired and i'm pissed off but from that it appears the TPS and linkage for the bigger butterfly is wanked |

the TPS is stick in its max open position. so the ECU reads the throttle plates fully open. wudnt have done any good for power or economy.
