new gearbox cost?

Anyone got any idea how much a new gearbox for a 1.8 16v clio will be, got two options totally new box or remove the practically brand new one i have from a written off clio 16v.

fitting cost?

Any suggestions will be much appreciated

cost will probably be about the same as a 19 16v one, if you can remove one out of the crunched clio then you shouldn't have any probs fitting it to the other clio, thats the route i would take.

new box is about 500 ish, new as in re-con.

2nd hand can go for a tenner up.

is the speedo moving graham? If so its prob the diff circlip.

I'll sort that out if ye want for a good price.

is that the clipon the pasanger side drive shaft when you take it out if so it looks ok but how much do you want for doing it heres my num 07859342521 if you fone i will call straight back cheers
