legal cruise. Anyone else going been asked to go with mate but still undecided never been before is it worth it?

Southend on Sea - what a loverly place to be . .

I live there and hate the local boy racer scene down the front, it is full of neds.

But the site u have linked to has nothing to do with the seafront neds, they have permission to block off the seafront and its walk thru only on this night, the modded cars are all parked up and are there for ppl to look at, not to be driven round and round the seafront all night with thier 14 year old GF's in the passenger seat.

They have full support of the police who welcome a legal cruise in southend, saves them having to keep 10 cars down the front at weekends to stop all the boyed up Nova's racing round.

however i can't make it to this one cos it's my sisters wedding on that day.

Used to go Southend Seafront 1992 - 95ish, It used to be really busy most nights, a good laugh made quite a few mates from there, but now full of Neds.

This sounds like a laugh, Anyone interested in meeting up here then?

Depends what time it goes on to i guess.
I have to drive to my sisters wedding so i won't be drinking, the wedding is only 30 miles away, could be back by 11pm (ish)
