Hi,
I too have a 1.4energy engine, and want to make it more powerfull.
What have you done to yours?
Have you got a straight through exhaust? If so, where did you get it?
What sort of air intake have you got?
Any other little mods?
What about an ECOTEK? are they any good?

Done a bit of headwork, not much. Nowhere near as much as I did for georges old clio.
Modded the airbox although right now I stole georges universal induction kit.
Got a renault exhaust, best for power.
NGK plugs and magnecor HT's.
Loads of other stuffd I canna think off.
Mines a tad tired the cams well worn but it has done over 205k miles.
Won't go above 110 anymore cos of the tiredness. |

Well we’re hardly going to float a boat down it are we? Yeah I know what you mean, the OE effort from Renault is not bad ie no crush bends or anything but with the stupid angles on the R19 energy system, some really nasty corners the gas has to take. |
