Foxes are one thing, but anyone else ever hit a badger in their car? Big fuckers they are.
makes a right mess, i hit one in my old Uno at about 60, fucked the bumper right up, had to get another one. |

i got away with any real structural damage on the Uno, engine was only 903cc, plenty of space in the bay in front of it and the badger hit to one side anyway.
Was a legend that car, rotten as fuck but i loved it. I ragged the engine to death and put another one in. The dead one i put in the house wheelie bin with a bit of rubbish on top to disguise... made a right racket when the bin men emptied it into their wagon LOL |

Long time ago, i was driving my mums Ibiza in one of the glens in Angus. The car had a front spoiler and i managed to smack a hare about 20 ft in the air. Bent one side of the spoiler |

went through a big sheppard dog once with about 110kmh ,poor bugger came out of the bushes barking and in 2 secs he was in front of the car .could hardly manage and kept the steering straight ,i felt the dog under my seat while going over him.
stopped about 50metres away and looked back ,he got up and kept running away but not sure how long, poor dog |

I hit a fox in a company car, it made a right mess, lights bumper and bonnet fu**ed. Mind you I did hit it at 80MPH.
The company I worked for at the time gave me a duplicate form to fill in with the details of the accident. It made quite amusing reading although my picture of a startled fox wasnt very good!
I also did a little sketch of the fox's tragectory after the impact! |
