Have you got a pic of it in the car? i've got a 57i from my old astra (company car) keep toying with trying it on the R19, got a k&N panel at the moment. how is it supported? does it just sit where ever, my 57i kit had a mounting bracket, do these?
cheers |

Na it's just like the K&N except for the top, which has a chrome plate in the shape of a doughnut wich creates a double breather effect.
Would be nicer in a darker colour.
But makes a nice induction roar, and sucks like a mo fo even on idle.
Well worth £20 considering the price of the others on the market, or infact the price of a standard filter. |

ok Induction Kit arrived this morning, fitted this dinnertime and car taken for a blast round the block, pull away seems quicker (not by a stupid amount but defo better than it was)
I cleaned the TB out as well whilst i had the air feed off so this could also contribute to the better pull away
Nice roar coming from it too as u pull away
lets see how it does when i got my ECU sorted and over a period of time |

LOL @ english (everything on the left) My cable runs nicely and straight into to bulkhead on the otherside so no straining nowhere as it was designed to be same with clutch cable etc |

OK it's been fitted a couple of weeks now and i'm pretty pleased with my £20 Max Power IK, makes a nice roar, was very very easy to fit and has made a small improvement to the running of the car.
That being slightly better pull away, top end and no difference what so ever cept the nice roarrrrr lol |
