definatly check the earth, and take the horn off, clean up the bracket and the part of body where it is mounted, as this also serves as an earth. |

I have cleaned the earth and checked to see if there was any voltage at the horn...... none. Any ideas where the relay is or what could be wrong? |

Nope, the horn is on the wheel. I got some air horns today, now I need to know where the elusive relay is and how to fit them |

Get yourself a megaphone and shout "Beep" out of the window when you would normally sound the horn.
Problem solved.
It would also come in handy at sporting events, such as a football game, when you can sing "You'll never walk alone" and be an idol in front of hundreds. |

theres no relay as far as I know.
to clean the horns earth I assume you remove the horn and cleane dup the brackets as thats how its earthed.
Anyway I always find its the spade terminal thats buggered, I sorted out both my chamades twin horns by cleaning up the spade terminals, it scares people much better now. |

No need for a relay and there ain't no one there far as I know in a ph1 or 2 meg! I would check the horn with a wire from the batt. If the horn does nothing is knackered (when earth is fine offcourse). When it does only tick once it's in need of a relay! and if it hornes it oke i'd say
Good luck mate |

Problem solved!! Thanks for the help.
The problem was a wire off on the switches inside the steering wheel cowling.
Can I now just use the 2 wires to instal my air horns?? |
