The dust seal on one of my calipers is in bits...should I get a seal kit (can I only get this from Renault) or just get another caliper from the scrappy? |

seal kit from renault will do the job, its a common failing tbh.
If the calipers fine and the pistons not corroded theres no point getting a calipe rformt eh scrappy that might be in worse condition!
seal kits not cheap though, you can help matters by fillign the seal with rubber grease, stosp water getting in. |

So I can only get the seal kits from Reno then? They've quoted me roughly 30 quid  (full set, both sides)! |

I replaced my calipers and got new seales with them free.
Cost me about £20 a side for recond calipers, thats including a £15 per caliper trade in against my old ones.
Man did it stop sharp after that. |
