after emailing him twice more in respect of the manifold i got this repley

So with this in mind, i am sure you can see why i am concerned and would like some form of communication from you with progress/reciept of this item.

I know what you mean about getting neg feedback for no reason,

I had a winning bidder on a mobile phone, turned out to be from france, didnt answer emails and after a week left me neg feedback saying "I think you just discover ebay shame on you"

Still to this day dont understand that, he ended up with 3 neg feedback from other people then closed account!

Worst thing is when you are selling you no longer have that coverted 100% pos feedback on the page!

well i have 6 days to wait for the complaint process to finish then i can make a claim (in this case up to Â£120 compensation), if found in my favour then ebay can suspend 2005malky's account etc

I don't understand how you could lose money, Paypal will refund your money unless he can show proof of postage which he will not be able to do.

Just get paypal to sort it, file a complaint, and remember to always pay via a credit card, that way you are covered.

Guys, Ebay is not rocket science infact as long as you follow the rules no-one should get burned, you have 30 days to file a complaint with paypal, if you didnt recieve the item make sure what ever happens you file the paypal report, then you are covered.

I can see you tried to negotiate with him, which is cool, but even if he says he is going to be sending defo, promise, on my mums life etc etc, still file the report whithin 30 days..

I have followed these simple rules since I started using ebay 3 yrs ago and yeah have had some upsets but you are covered, I even bought a 8k car of ebay

the roadtrip would cost more than whats been wasted already as i live in the south and this twat lives on the kelso borders.

i have already filed my claims with paypal and ebay, have to give them the statuory 10 days, well ebay wont do nothing now as he is now longer regged but i prolly will get my money back via paypal.
