i would say the dog would win tbh. With only one arm, theres not much the baboon could do other than throw punches. And if you try and throw a punch with one arm held down by your side you will see that those punches would be quite ineffective. He'd also by likely to do himself more damage than the dog due to the spikes.

The dog on the other hand, even a small dog if angry, can cause quite a lot of damage by biting, even when only partially mobile with 3 legs. and given that its got the 6 inch spikes as well, i think it would take it.

Could be a close one depending on other factors though, as already stated.
