Tired getting the screw out on the 16v to change it with the one on the TD becuase its a little dodgy. It snapped...in two. So i've got the bit you turn with your fingers and about 0.75cm of the thread. I stuck my key in the hole where the rest should and it the key went in far enough to hit the front of the rad, (ie, the key went in about 1.5inches) Im not quite sure how the rest would have fallen in the rad, but it looks like it has...
Anyway, the TD screw didn't fit...thinking about it, that shouldnt' suprise me really...
Do 1.4's have the same screws? If not ill have to get one from ren tomorrow.

depends on the 1.4 rad, some are 1/4 turn onlu efforts others are the screw in ones.
Ren only want 2 quid for the thing. |

was gunna say they dont let me do anything over the phone...
can u see me on msn? i never know if ppl can see me...i dont use msn in work, got some other dodgey messenger program and am nevcer sure if ppl see me...
most must thinki am ignoring them! |

lol im a bit like that....but thats why i use this other software...it isnt so obtrusive as msn, ie it doesnt throw up windows and make noises when someone tries to talk to me...just makes a little icon appear next to the clock...discreet |

nothing to do with ur rad screw but wen u were fiddling with DBL did u unplug the lambda sensor? only i looked underneath the car yest and theres a bit of wire hanging down with a bit of tape on end! Look like its at about the place where the exhaust manifold is! |

Nope, didn't touch the lambda and as far as i remember (from when i was putting the head back on) its still connected. |
