Ooooh the Exec has got it's MOT tomorrow, I hope it goes through okay! One thing I'm worried about is there's a crack in the windscreen. It's only small, and it's over by the tax disc on the passenger side so it's not affecting my visibility, so hopefully it'll be okay. Also I have a 'rubbing' or 'grinding' feeling in the front wheels when I am turning left and accelerating hard, but it's fine when I'm turning right. So I'm sure it will fail on a track rod end, wheel bearing.......something to do with the front wheels or suspension etc. But hopefully it won't be too bad. Dropping car off at garage tomorrow morning at 8:30am and then picking it up after work, so I will let you know how it got on! |

Wahey it bloody passed!! Sailed through, needed nothing doing at all. Which is good obviously........but also bad cuz I was kinda wanting it to fail on whatever was making the 'clunking' noise when I accelerate, so that would all be sorted out........but now I am still left with that problem. Doh. Ah well, it passed, I can sort that out another time |

What does it cost? How much should I take down for the MOT? £40ish aint it? |

Mine was £33, but my mum's was £40. Two different garages obviously, but I don't think I've ever seen one over £40 so that should be enough |
