Ok, figured I haven't asked a stoopid question for a while so here goes...will alloys from a VW Passat or Volvo 440 fit a R19?
The reason I ask is that those are the only two cars in the Scrappy with alloy wheels (actually I think they're the only cars in the scrappy that still have wheels!). And as I need to replace 3 rusty/dented steelies figured I might be better going for Alloys. Cheers guys! |

I tried alloys from a VW Golf Mk2 and the bore is too small on the alloy by quite a bit. Dunno is this still applies to newer VWs. |

neither will fit lindsay, unless they have a removable spigot ring, which if they are standard alloys, they wont.
Sorry! |

You need to find out the details
R19 PCD 4x100 Offset 35 to 45 Bore 60.1
VW Passat 4 stud (1988-1997) is the same but a smaller bore (57.1)
Volvo 440 (1986-1992) is the same but a smaller bore (52.1)

erm umm ahh £1million? With centre caps £2million.
Dunno give us 50 quid for the 4 of them. Decent price for ph1 turbines with centre caps!
Get them then slap some toyo proxes on and it will have lighter steering, better grip and very good wet and dry handling. |
