Hey all,
Does anyone know how the engine ECU communicates with the central locking to disable/enable the ECU? I presume its either grounding or taking a pin ttl high/12v high?
As I have not got the renault dash/central locking I've just got the loom which i have joined onto the electrics for my car, so I need to "fake" the yeh the cars been unlocked mr ECU, lets fire up the engine for some valver action signal!
Many thanks in advance

Cheers for that anyway Chris,
Does any one know of a way of obtaining a wiring diagram for a ph2 19 16v?
Also what does the immboliser actually immobolise? I'm finding that the injectors arent working but the coil fires - does this sound correct? The fuel pump is running but this is not part of the 19 loom.
many thanks

renault for the diagram, if they moan mention block exemption rules.
prevents fuel injection.
On the earlier cars it kills the fuel pump. |
