Jez for a phase II that’s pretty sweet man! Where you get the IK? Is that just heat proof paint on the rocker or is it sprayed? |

the piperX IK is just from halfords...i have enclosed it in some ally ducting..completely, not just cold air feed poiting at it...so its source of air is from behind the headlamp in that kinda furthest corner.
the paint isnt particularly heatproof i dont think, i bought it from a car body paint shop, told em what it was for but dont think he really cared, still, used etch primer, this paint and then a couple of coats of laquer. touch wood it has come off yet. |

Nice one matey, i even dont mind the colour and i hate renault red my red hatchback was a nightmare it was like every panel was a different colour no matter how much it was polished not 2 mention that every one i know thats had a red one has crashed it at some point me included, but yup i like your one nice under the bonnet 2 |

i had to come back for a second look, all the red 19s ive saw in my time inc my own ( all ph1's incidently ) have had bad paintwork well not bad but seemed to me like the red wasnt the same grade paint as the rest or summit but i havent seen a red ph2 in the flesh or otherwise for that matter its like they all stay down south theres none in my neck of the woods anyroad. my faith in renault red is now hereby restored and yours johnnyboy looks good enuf to lick |

dont ask me how...just lucky i guess lol...i had a 91 phase 1 energy yrs ago and that was well pink!! t-cut it and within a week it wud be fadin again...
im just waitin for the day it goes pink...red is awful for that as u said...cant get gayer than pink!! lol |

well am gunna have to redo the rocker...its filthy now...even tho i laquered it an all when water got to it it kinda got engrained on it and wont wipe off...looks dirty now...used machine which is ok but nevertheless dirty. |
