that rule is in place to simply stop ppl selling thier cars as newer than they are, can add a few £ onto the price for a couple of years newer car u see. |

yeah defo not got the same ring to it, if we could have younger plates i would have N30 WKD but the rule states you cant have a plate that makes your car appear younger than it is.
anyone got a 3 door N reg 449 blue R19 16V hatch for sale ? lol |
