Continued from what was said in the other post.
You gave me these part numbers
77 00 801 470 SPOILER 76.84 ---3 x 1
77 01 466 502 BUMPER FRT 101.55 ---3 x 1
I take it the BUMPER FRT is just the bumper on it's own.
So the only thing i can think is the SPOILER is the black rubber strip that clips onto the bottom of the bumper??
If so, £76.84 is a crazy price for just a bit of rubber |

werd dogg (sorry just watched 'Scratch' hip hop movie)
renault pricing and naming are very weird
£46+VAT for a window seal
£19+VAT for a complete clutch pedal kit
now the seal is one length of rubber with a stupid bit of metal in it whilst the pedal kit has several components, 2 plastic spacer washers, spring, pedal, spring clip and the adjuster and you would think the pedal costs more to make etc but is half as expensive as a strip of rubber - go figure. |

Has that got nothing to do with competion? Don't other companies make clutch pedals for 19s like the Clutch cable?
Would explain the low price.
Doubt any other company makes rubber seals for windows on 19s though, so Renault can charge what they like.
Or am I talking poo poo? |

i dont think renault need to be competitive...there are far too many ppl that will just religiously go to renault and pay extortionate prices because they think there is no other alternative. |

But that could be equally said of any other car manufacturer, but they dont all take advantage like renault do. |

Just for a giggle I got a quote for an aerial and wheel trim for mine and was quoted about £20 for each. So, I'll be getting a replacement aerial from the scrappys and the wheel trim...won't need it soon! |
