righty ECU incident light on the lower right of the dash display. Does anyone's actually come on?
I have yet to see a 19 16V where it comes on. Its meant to come on for 3 seconds then go out, never seen any of mine even come on.
And yes the bulb is fine.
Suppose I should look at the diagnostic socket make sure its plugged in. |

see theres Jimbo agreeing, hes never see the light.
And yes there be engine fiddledge at the moment.
That bloody cambelt.
Thought yesterday I would try and tension it properly again.
3 times now, its never right.
Anyway use a different bolt, it seems to pick up in the thread, so end up ripping all sorts off includign the cambelt etyc and try another bolt, the other bolt works. I have gone over the bolt that picked up, it loosk fine, I cannot see anythign wrong with it.
So I still have remove the roadwheel arch liners the crank pulley etc then turn the engine over without athe belt on etc etc.
Hate feckign cars these days. Sick of them. I just left it yesterday, had a go at it today, was gonna smack somehtign sdo just left it again. |

oh right...i just bought an m6 (or was it m8?) 40mm long bolt and leave it in there all the time just in case the tensioner decides to loosen itself at least it cant slip too loose...which has happened to me before. |

M6 it be says I.
I used to just leave the 10mm bolt in, I have a billion spare anyway, but have mastered getting the T30 out and back in and the 10 in and out. |

not hard is it? lol
theres originally a T30 screw in there to hold the cable guide, you remove that and fit the 10mm bolt in to tension it. remove the 10mm bolt and put the T30 back in. |

Yours might be, but mine works. It is orange. I like it, it's all pretty and lights up. All you 19 owners must be dead jealous now! |
