Hi Guys,
Just driven home (10mins drive) and noticed that white smoke was coming from the exhuast.
I know that some white smoke is there when the engine is cold, but it was up to temp.
Do i have a problem. I heard something about the head gasket causing this a while ago on the other forum.
Any help much apprieciated.
Cheers

probably condensation in th exhaust.
Where do you live? (valley, mountain peak etc)
Whats the weather like?
What sort of drivign do you do?
When I had the saab it always kicked out steam from the exhaust, even after a blast to edinburgh and back, I once stuck a new downpipe on it and a good 2 litres of water poured out of the exhaust, gathered condensation nothign else.
On the old 16V hatch I had to empty the mid silencer of water, George helped, there was gallons. |
