Handbrake has become useless and the pedal has gone quite spongy with a fair bit of play
Had the drums off a few weeks ago and there was one leaky wheel cylinder (yes, just one!)
I'm assuming either its now completely fucked or the other ones gone dodgy? |

replace em both, easy and quickish to do.
Sounds like the self adjusters have either dropped the tang out (thing that clicks on the self adjuster wheel) or its jammed and allowed the shoes to return. |
