I seem to be attracting these lately. Picked up a set of Subaru Impreza mk1 alloys with bridgestone tyres. Guy in the finance dept at my work was wanting rid.
I was hoping they would be gold but they're silver. Poor condition but the tyres are ok. Will give them a clean and post some pics tomorrow as it's too dark now. |

They're five stud so not without modification. I picked them up an hour ago so it was pretty dark, they look like standard 15". I'll get a better look tomorrow as they're still sitting in my boot. |

i can have them of your hands if nobody wants ,to be refurbed and sprayed into gold tranton mate .
the next time you see them will be on ebay though
and i will give you half of the profit after deducting the cost of paint etc.

They're not bent, not as far as i could tell last night, i've just woken up, was shattered last night. I'm away to mow the lawn and will have a look at them. |

Right, opened the boot this morning and was met with the lovely site below.
Need a very good clean before i can get a proper look.
Laid them out on the grass. A lot of surface rust bubbling.
Before starting cleaning was wondering where i'm going to put them,
as you can see my shed is pretty full and that's without the mower or
the strimmer in it.
Starting to clean one
One mostly clean
All of them clean(er)
All will need to be brought back to bare metal then primed and re-sprayed with a good few coats. Will do this over the next week as i have plenty of primer and laquer left over so i just need to buy the paint. |

when painting anything, going back to bare metal is always the best way to ensure a long lasting perfect finish....if you dont you are just painting over the top of ancient paint that may give way at any time.
...to be fussy about it. |
