Hiya I'm new to this forum and on saturday will be new to the renault world.
I am collecting my R19 16v, however not sure what faults i should be looking for when i go to pay for it?
Any advice would be appreciated........cheers

make sure the cambelts been done recently. If not it will need done.
Check for rust, ph2's always rust more than the ph1's though.
engine mounts go soggy then break apart.
Check the coolant it shoudl be clear, but chances are its brown, sniff it if its opily or smells of petrol leave it!
and the usual crap. |
