hi all....well where do i start,,,,driving my clio 16v phaze1 on tuesday and gave it a little boot down the round...then the engine started 2 die out.as soon as i tryed to rev the car it just died out..seemed to have no responce on throtle..(it was a little low on petrol)....so i managed to fill it up,,,,but still no joy in starting her...i checked the fuel pump.this seems to not be coming onwhen i turn the ignition for some unknown reason..i put a piece of cable on it to the battery and it works..there is a immobizer in the glove box, with a key thob..which i dont no if these are standard.,,,i took this out and noticed a cable running from it to the relay box in the engine bay.,which just happened to be the fuel pump relay(oh my days))...i just need a bit of info on this problem if any of you no..HELP WOULD BE WELL APREIATED.....REGARDS LEE |
