Hmm, I've been offered a Renault 19 ph2 for 100 quid.
Its first registered in 11/92 and its an 1.8 RT automatic
The only problem with it is the automatic transmission. Its said to be
ruined, dont know anything more about it than that.
Also the front bumper needs replacing, broken at the bottom.
What do u guys think, should i buy it to fix or buy to own spares?
Cheers from Iceland |

I know about one other R19 ph2 that was written off and sold on an insurance auction last monday.
That one had an automatic transmission and is also 1.8 RT
But i dont know in what condition the auto box in that car is in.
All i know about that car is that it had front end damage (only front wing, headlight and bumper though, not that rought damage).
So i would estimate that the engine and box would be ok.
Im trying to contact the owner of that car to find out if he's going to brake it and if he is, how much he wants for the auto box and spoiler
The spoiler is painted in the same blue color as my RT, so it would go on my own RT |
