My mate had a 17" Iiyama monitor a few years back when we were both into PC's and it was the shizzle!

You bugger! Well have to say that the whole PC using experience is on another level - these monitors are huuuge! Have to say that browsing t'internet and watching/playing games and DVD's etc is a much more enjoyable experience!

the PC's are all shagged out, nothing really serviceable on them

the monitors are fun to blow up thou roger Smile

most of them are only 15" jobbies but now and then we get to blow up a biggie

and Ben, it auctually costs us more to sell them than to blow them up if done on the books . . .

2nd hand monitors are two a penny nowadays, so by the time we done the paperwork, shipped them and paid the tax man etc etc etc its more viable to write them off tax wise by destroying them.

we will be videoing this one but gonna make it a bit special, looking to make a cannon to fire it from Smile

lindsey, some of them are in such a shit state i would not want to embarras a charity by dumping our crap on them.

occasionly we get a real nice one which goes on offer to members of the company first, if we get any half decent ones come in i could look into donating them to charity.

I think there's a charity that sends them over to schools in the third world. There is some reason stopping the college where I work doing it too, but I think we're trying to find a way around it.

i repair fix and upgrade pcs 20 poundhr 10hr after that i have loads of dosh as i fiddle the benefits as well
