Most of the oil companies in the North Sea are owned by the Yanks im afaid to say,
I work for an Inspection company based in Aberdeen that mainly deals with offshore, and they are American inspection company,
AND
The rigs iv been on lately in the North Sea are American owned. |

That's true, but at least some of the oil comes in a Sullum Voe at Shetland. It's also refined in Grangemouth! |
