I think that last image depicts chavs (who will never own a Bentley), rather than the type of people who in the late 80s and early 90s were known as 'yuppies'
But yeah, I dont like them either. Riding on the crest of stock or property dealing, or some such other non-productive labour. |

chavs are in a lot of cases new money.
How many scoobs, bentleys, porsches, ferraris etc do you see with a chav with a cap behind the wheel, lots, theres also loads jumping around in X5's, dealing drugs really is a good game with high rewards. |

My understanding of the term 'new money' is different to yours i think. To me it means people who have made a lot of money quickly in sales, marketing, dotcoms etc, or by being in the right place at the right time at the birth of some other burgeoning sector, but by 'earning' it legally nevertheless.
Chavs/conmen/drug dealers with their ill-gotten gains are just ponces |

hmmm yes i suppose, but thats just celebrities in general, although yes, rappers do have the least taste of all. THey pride themselves on it dont they? |
