Righty then. Am after a DCOE inlet mani for the valver. I can get one new for £250 odd quid but obviously if anyone has one that they don't want I'd be happy to take it off you. |

I'm getting Weber DCOE's or the Dellorto DHLA's Because they will cost me a third of the price of throttle bodies and they do have chokes. |

lol i thgink thers a mix up here with choke. a choke is reffered to as a cold start device as are the choke tubes! |

i had a similiar problem with a 16v i bought for spares ,the reason i got it so cheap was because the dude i bought it from was waffled mince by some max power reading bute ,that told him to get throttle bodies or forties to cure the hot and cold running of the car ,when it was a cold idle valve that i got for £15 ,would you take £100 for your car to save yourself the fat end of a g |

Why in gods name would I be fitting twin 40's to sort out a hot/cold running issue that I haven't mentioned and don't have (How in gods name does that help!)
I want the mani cos i got the 40's cheap and though more power would be kinda nice. The carbs are available with lots of fitments for the jets etc (Chokes,main jet, idle jet etc all come in different sizes) |
